A critical component of the job involves systematic analysis and professional resolution of system malfunctions, often acting as the primary on-site Service Technician and technical contact person for the client. Candidates must possess completed electro-technical vocational training (such as an Industrial Electrician or Electronics Technician qualification) and demonstrate a meticulous, structured approach to documentation and workflow.
