Job Summary

This role is a crucial interface within the Data Control & Cyber Security Business Unit, focusing on providing first-level support and managing core business data. The specialist will serve as the primary contact for internal departments, competently assisting them with the operational management software. Key responsibilities include processing support requests, analyzing problems, and developing pragmatic, user-friendly solutions. A significant part of the job involves master data management, ensuring data consistency, quality, and adherence to internal and external standards. The ideal candidate will have an IT background, experience with or interest in ERP systems, and proficiency in both German and English.
