As an Offshore Operations Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of maintenance and repair measures for offshore energy infrastructure. Your day-to-day activities will involve technical planning, executing, and reviewing maintenance projects while ensuring strict adherence to budget, quality, safety, and scheduling goals. You will act as a vital interface between operational planning teams, customers, and suppliers, managing material procurement and technical claims. A key part of the role includes quality assurance of offshore measures and collaborating with team leads to optimize maintenance processes. Required Skills

Education

University degree in a technical or business field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or a comparable qualification such as a certified Technician.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project management, maintenance, or the offshore sector is preferred
  • Experience in technical elaboration and implementation of maintenance measures
  • Proven experience in coordinating between customers, suppliers, and operational teams
  • Experience in monitoring project goals including costs, quality, and safety
