Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking responsibility for a diverse sub-team of Project Managers and Data Import Specialists within the Data Migration Department of a leading cloud-based CRM provider for the real estate industry. The Team Lead will focus on managing, developing, and motivating the team (currently 7 members) while ensuring the high-quality execution of complex data migration projects, ranging from single projects to large-scale initiatives involving extensive legacy data. Key responsibilities include planning, steering, and controlling migration projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical affinity, organizational talent, and proven experience in team leadership and project management, coupled with a drive to analyze and optimize existing processes, tools, and workflows in close collaboration with Development, Support, and Sales teams. The position is based in Aachen, Germany.
