Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Web Development professional ready to step into a leadership position within the Web Department, focusing on modern, trust-based team management and technical excellence. The Team Lead will be responsible for coaching team members, fostering a culture of growth, and defining the technological roadmap, specifically leveraging PHP and Vue.js. Key responsibilities include optimizing workflows using Scrum methodologies, acting as a bridge to Product Management, and maintaining a hands-on approach by contributing operationally to development (approximately 30% of the time). Candidates should possess strong expertise in web development technologies (PHP, Vue.js, REST-APIs, GraphQL) and demonstrate transparent communication skills, ideally at a C1+ level in German.
