Job Summary

This crucial role within the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) involves advising and coordinating strategic prevention topics, specifically focusing on integrating innovative digital tools and methods into occupational safety and health (OSH) practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and policy management of prevention themes under SGB VII, analyzing current trends, and conceptually developing strategies for prevention in digitally characterized work environments. Key responsibilities include leading or participating in projects focused on developing and implementing digital tools, representing the organization in various governmental and non-governmental committees, and organizing specialist events and publications. The position requires a completed scientific university degree (Master/Diploma), proven experience in project management, and a fundamental understanding of IT systems and business processes, coupled with fluent German language skills (C1).

Required Skills

Education

Completed scientific university degree (Master or Diploma) in fields such as Labor Science, Administrative Science, Industrial Engineering, Political Science, Organizational Psychology, or Sociology.

Experience

  • Experience in project management and leadership
  • Professional experience in committee work (ideally)
  • Practical experience in associations, German social insurance, and/or occupational safety and health (advantageous)
