This pivotal role requires a strategic leader to serve as the Head of E-Learning and Knowledge Transfer at the University of the German Statutory Accident Insurance (HGU). The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development and operational management of the E-Learning department, including personnel management and workflow organization. A core focus will be defining and implementing the E-Learning strategy, contributing to the broader institutional digitalization plan, and strategically evolving the digital learning infrastructure. This involves conducting needs analyses, managing procurement processes, and optimizing learning platforms and tools, ensuring all digital services comply with GDPR regulations. Key qualifications include a Master’s degree in Informatics or a related field with an E-Learning focus, coupled with proven experience in team or project leadership, preferably within an academic setting.
