Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Pharmaceutical Coordinator and Shift Leader, primarily focusing on the planning, organization, support, evaluation, and documentation of qualification processes for testing personnel within a pharmaceutical production environment. The coordinator will optimize internal processes, create error patterns and test sets, and manage projects. A critical component is ensuring strict adherence to cGMP guidelines and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) directives. The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication in both German and English for creating reports and process descriptions, and the willingness to work in a continuous shift system. This is a responsible position within an innovative pharmaceutical company, offering specialized training and opportunities for professional development, initially offered as an 18-month contract with the option for permanent placement.
