Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Pharmaceutical Technician or Master/Technician with IHK certification in Pharmacy to serve as a Pharmacist Coordinator and Shift Leader, initially on an 18-month contract with the option for permanent employment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in coordinating and documenting the qualification of testing personnel, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP guidelines, and maintaining EHS standards within the production environment. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing internal processes, creating test patterns and sets, managing projects, and drafting official documents (regulations, reports, process descriptions) in both English and German. The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the flexibility to work in a continuous shift system.
