Job Summary

This pivotal role involves the technical and organizational management of industrial plants and service processes, focusing on maximizing plant availability and optimizing operational efficiency within a production environment. The Technical Site Manager will be responsible for defining, evaluating, and controlling key performance indicators (KPIs) such as availability and response times, ensuring transparent reporting to clients. Key tasks include driving the continuous development of technical plant availability, leading modernization and retrofit projects, and implementing resulting maintenance and optimization strategies. Candidates must possess an electrical engineering background, mandatory further qualification as a certified technician, master craftsman, or engineer, and proven leadership experience in a technical-commercial setting, coupled with strong customer and service orientation.
