Job Summary

This role involves taking end-to-end responsibility for digital products designed to enhance operational efficiency and transparency for customers and colleagues within a leading German services company. The Project and Product Manager will drive the planning and execution of new digital solutions, starting with the migration of an existing digital maintenance platform. Key responsibilities include conducting deep-dive needs analyses with operational teams, developing standardized solution concepts, managing the entire product lifecycle (from prioritization and development with external partners to feature testing and roll-out), and ensuring successful transformation and user adoption through training and first-level support.
