Job Summary

This role is an immediate opening for a Field Service Technician in Berlin, supporting an expanding IT consulting firm specializing in Information and Communication Technology services. The technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of IT infrastructure, including the installation and integration of operating systems, software, and applications. Day-to-day tasks involve the maintenance and servicing of diverse hardware components, such as servers, storage systems, PCs, notebooks, POS systems, and printers. Key duties also include performing error analysis, system optimization, conducting regular data backups, and assisting with upgrades and system tests. The ideal candidate holds an IT-related qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable practical experience, possesses fundamental knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems, and is proficient in both German and English.
