Job Summary

This position calls for a dedicated Rollout Technician to join an IT services and engineering solutions company in Baunatal. The role involves hands-on deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, focusing on workplace systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing extensive functional tests, installing and commissioning hardware and software, setting up and dismantling PCs and peripherals like printers, and ensuring systems are configured according to client specifications (system imaging/betanking). A crucial part of the job is analyzing and classifying incoming error messages for the support team and maintaining accurate IT documentation. The ideal candidate will have a formal IT education or solid IT experience as a career changer, coupled with good knowledge of the Microsoft environment. This is a full-time, permanent position offered through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover, providing a challenging and varied role within a well-established team.
