Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite Industrial Support Service Technician based in Bremen, focusing on providing critical IT support within a high-technology environment, specifically for an aviation company. The technician will be responsible for ensuring local support for Windows clients (10/11 Enterprise), iOS devices, networking, and telecommunications. Key daily tasks include executing IT support tasks based on ticket specifications, managing incidents efficiently using the customer's incident management tool, and delivering 2nd Level Support with a strong focus on the production environment. The ideal candidate possesses solid knowledge of Windows Enterprise, driver diagnostics, log analysis, BitLocker, IP networking, and BIOS upgrades, coupled with scripting skills (PowerShell/Batch).
