Job Summary

This role is an immediate opportunity for a Field Service Technician based in Stuttgart, working for a growing IT consulting firm specializing in information and communication technology services. The Technician will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and maintenance for a variety of hardware components, including servers, storage systems, PCs, notebooks, POS systems, and printers from various manufacturers. Day-to-day tasks involve technical service, conducting regular data backups, integrating software and operating systems, performing system fault analysis and maintenance, and assisting with installations, upgrades, and system tests. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) or comparable practical experience. Strong knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems and fluency in both German and English are required, alongside a Class B driving license.
