Job Summary

Join a leading Managed Services environment in Ludwigshafen am Rhein as an Onsite IT Technician. This role involves comprehensive support for desktop systems and client hardware within a corporate network. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving IT incidents, managing tickets within the system, and performing setup, installation, and configuration of client hardware and peripherals. You will also be responsible for integrating these devices into the customer network, installing standard software packages, and providing user instruction on new equipment and software.
