Job Summary

This role involves supporting the local IT infrastructure in Gilching, focusing on maintaining operational efficiency for end-users. Day-to-day tasks include providing 2nd Level support for Windows clients, printers, and network issues, troubleshooting mobile devices, and executing IT support tasks following Break & Fix, IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and Hand and Eyes procedures. The technician will also handle project assignments as needed. Key qualifications include a completed IT apprenticeship or at least three years of professional experience, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows and iOS operating systems, standard applications, and experience managing hardware like PCs, notebooks, printers, and IP telephony. Initial experience with a ticketing system is also required.
