Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join a globally operating IT infrastructure services company in Hannover. The core responsibilities involve providing comprehensive on-site IT support, specializing in classic IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. Day-to-day tasks will include setting up and dismantling new and used equipment, installing operating systems (especially Windows 10) and various applications, and supporting ongoing IT operations based on ticket volume. Successful candidates must have practical experience with ticketing systems and on-site service delivery, along with basic networking knowledge and proficiency in standard Office applications. The role requires readiness for 24/7 on-call duty but offers flexible working models and the attractive prospect of a long-term contract with an option for permanent employment after an initial temporary period.
