Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional to join a leading Bavarian distribution and service provider specializing in digital output management, electronic archiving, and document management solutions. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of printers, copiers, scanners, and large-format devices. Day-to-day tasks include installing systems, integrating them into customer networks, providing on-site customer instruction on device handling, and performing maintenance and repair (both on-site and via remote support) for various manufacturers' equipment. The ideal candidate holds a completed professional IT qualification, possesses knowledge of common operating systems and application software, and has initial experience in both field service and remote maintenance.
