Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to join a global IT services and engineering solutions company, focusing on a critical rollout project in Neustadt in Holstein. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and configuration of computer systems according to customer specifications, including system imaging, hardware/software installation, and commissioning. Daily tasks involve performing functional and integration tests, creating necessary IT documentation, and managing the setup, dismantling, and expansion of workstations and peripheral devices like printers. A key component of the job is also analyzing and classifying incoming error messages before escalating them to the support team.
