Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level IT Support to end-users, working within a leading and innovative IT system house specializing in system services and IT product direct sales. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues, either remotely or directly in the IT Link Center. Key daily tasks include managing user support via a ticketing system in both German and English, coordinating the escalation of 3rd Level inquiries to appropriate departments, and collaborating closely with other technical teams. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, experience with ticketing systems, and technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, Office 365, and mobile solutions like iOS and Android. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Ratingen, offering excellent development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
