Job Summary

This role involves providing essential field service support for IT infrastructure in Marl, Westphalia. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows 10 and MS Office, managing incoming service requests, and handling incident documentation and monitoring. Key daily tasks include relocating PC workstations, performing client installations, and managing the full lifecycle of IT equipment, such as laptops, smartphones, tablets, and desktops, including data migration.
