Job Summary

This role as an IT Technician, based in Munich/Starnberg, offers a technical talent the opportunity to join an established consulting firm and growing IT service provider. The position focuses on managing the entire IT workplace equipment, including hardware and software support for workstations and network integration. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd Level IT Support, resolving system disruptions via a ticketing system, and implementing site-specific IT projects (e.g., quality assurance, laboratory, production). The technician will also coordinate external service providers and perform on-site support in Starnberg three days a week. Key requirements include a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable professional experience, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365 services (SharePoint, Teams), MS Azure, and MS Intune, alongside fluent German and English skills.
