Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Field Service Technician based in Bad Wimpfen, focusing on providing essential IT infrastructure services to leading companies across the IT sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing classic IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), executing onsite service at various customer locations, setting up and dismantling new and used hardware, and installing operating systems and applications. You will also provide ongoing IT support based on ticket volume. The ideal candidate brings professional onsite service experience, knowledge of network technology, Windows 10, and standard Office applications, along with initial practical experience using ticketing systems. Strong German and English skills (ideally B2 level) are required, as is the readiness for 24/7 on-call duty.
