Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Service Technician to actively shape the future of a market-leading IT solutions and service management company in Munich/Freising. The core responsibilities involve hands-on installation and configuration of hardware and software solutions, independently analyzing and resolving malfunctions within the IT infrastructure, and providing dedicated customer support for technical issues. The technician will also be responsible for documenting all work steps. Candidates should possess a completed technical education or equivalent IT support qualifications, proven experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems, and proficiency in both German and English.
