The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing system documentation, ensuring high service levels for IT support, and actively contributing to the optimization of IT Service Desk processes. A core part of the role involves expert handling of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems, requiring frequent communication with both German and international clients and users. Key qualifications include completed IT training (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent professional experience, coupled with excellent knowledge of the Cisco environment, specifically Routing, Switching, Troubleshooting, VPN, MPLS, and IPSec.
