Job Summary

This role as an Onsite IT Technician in Ludwigshafen am Rhein offers an excellent entry point into the world of market-leading Managed Services, initially through temporary staffing with the option for permanent takeover. Day-to-day responsibilities focus heavily on hands-on client support, including setting up, installing, and configuring client hardware and peripherals, and integrating these devices into the customer network. You will be responsible for providing essential user training on new software and equipment, and efficiently analyzing and resolving technical incidents logged through the ticketing system. Key requirements include a completed professional IT qualification and robust all-rounder knowledge, specifically in the administration and configuration of Microsoft-based desktop systems. Candidates must possess very good command of both German and English. This position provides intensive onboarding, access to regular seminars, and diverse, challenging tasks within a cooperative team environment.
