Job Summary

This role involves supporting an established company's digital transformation as an IT Systems Technician in Bamberg. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software faults, executing hardware relocations (including assembly and cabling), providing essential on-site support, and performing repairs on desktops, notebooks, and printers under warranty or standard conditions. The technician will also be responsible for client implementation and configuration, and managing service calls within client environments. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent experience in Microsoft environments, coupled with deep knowledge of Windows operating systems (7, 8, 10), LAN/WLAN networking, and hardware expertise for desktop and notebook systems.
