Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated IT Service Technician to join an internationally focused IT service provider in Kassel, Germany. The core responsibilities involve providing essential Onsite Support for Windows end devices in an office environment. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and resolving IT disruptions, performing IT workplace setups, relocations, and tear-downs, and managing IT documentation within a ticketing system. Furthermore, the technician will handle manual software installations, manage telephony and Mobile Device Management (MDM) tasks, and instruct users on hardware and software operation. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics), practical experience with ticketing and asset management systems, and proven technical expertise, ideally gained in field or on-site service roles.
