IT Service Technician (Internal Technical Support) | Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in internal technical support, based in Kleinmachnow, with flexibility for up to 50% remote work. You will be the primary point of contact for customers facing technical challenges, providing prompt, solution-oriented support via telephone. Your daily responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving disruptions related to PCs, laptops, printers, Windows operating systems, application software, and Client/Server network environments. Extensive issues will be escalated efficiently to Second-Level Support. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or is an experienced lateral entrant well-versed in IT infrastructure. Strong knowledge of the Windows environment and TCP/IP networking is essential, coupled with excellent service orientation and fluent German communication skills to clearly explain technical procedures to customers.
