Job Summary

This role involves working as a Specialist Assembler, primarily focusing on the independent assembly and installation of low and medium voltage switchgear systems in the North Region. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring site safety by conducting hazard assessments and training, addressing customer requests, identifying additional services, and reporting these internally to project managers. The specialist will also be responsible for creating measurements, potentially leading smaller on-site teams, and providing technical guidance to other assemblers and apprentices, while consistently monitoring costs, deadlines, and quality. Key qualifications include a technical vocational degree in electronics (e.g., Electronics Technician for Operational Technology) or a similar field, coupled with several years of relevant experience in primary and secondary technology assembly. Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of relevant standards (DIN, IEC), and excellent German language skills are essential, alongside a high willingness to travel and possession of a Class B driving license.
