This role requires an experienced Electronics Technician or Electrical Engineer to serve as the technical expert in Second-Level Support for innovative battery storage systems. The specialist will be crucial in resolving complex technical challenges escalated from the First-Level team, focusing on deep analysis, remote diagnostics, and implementing sustainable solutions. Day-to-day tasks involve troubleshooting systems using specialized diagnostic software, performing occasional on-site interventions alongside the Field Service team, and maintaining detailed technical documentation and knowledge bases. The position requires strong collaboration with the Development and Product Management teams to drive continuous product improvement. Ideal candidates possess a background in power electronics (inverters, DC/DC converters), experience with ticketing systems, and excellent communication skills in German and good proficiency in English.
