Job Summary

This (Senior) Sales Engineer role positions you as the technical backbone of the sales team, driving the realization of innovative battery storage projects essential for the energy transition. Your daily work involves comprehensive system planning, including detailed analysis of grid connections, EMS, and load profiles, ensuring all components form a cohesive, buildable system. A critical part of the job is acting as the technical conscience, identifying and mitigating project risks early, translating complex customer needs into convincing technical and economic concepts, and providing expert consultation on system feasibility, system boundaries, and optimization. Candidates must possess a technical background (e.g., Electrical or Energy Engineering), project experience with large-scale or MW-range energy systems, and proficiency with relevant technical tools. The position offers a permanent contract and the opportunity to scale impactful solutions within a growing, agile company focused on sustainable energy supply in Paderborn.
