Job Summary
This role is a central, full-time position in Ingelheim am Rhein, acting as the interface between the analytical laboratory, GMP compliance, and digital systems within a leading pharmaceutical company. The specialist will primarily manage and qualify reference materials within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), serve as a Key User for the document management system concerning testing specifications (GSpecS), and maintain critical master data, including GMP views in SAP and product specifications in HAL. A significant portion of the role involves supporting the validation and documentation of complex LIMS systems and contributing to the creation of GMP-relevant documentation and English reports for regulatory submissions (CTAA/MAA). The ideal candidate must possess deep knowledge of analytical lab work, GMP environments, and strong proficiency in both German and English, ensuring smooth operation and compliance within a highly regulated environment.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a comparable field, or a completed vocational training in a scientific field combined with long-term professional experience
Experience
- Deep professional knowledge in the analytical laboratory and GMP environment
- Detailed technical knowledge of active ingredient synthesis and analysis
- Experience with IT systems such as SAP, GSpecS, and HAL

- Must ensure regular presence at the Ingelheim am Rhein location (55218) for most of the week, with mobile working possible up to two days/week. This position is temporary, scheduled from February 16, 2026, until September 30, 2027.
