Job Summary
This role involves managing data and applications, primarily focusing on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within a global pharmaceutical company. The manager will be responsible for platform management, including planning, execution, and testing of platform release updates, upgrades, and new system introductions. A key part of the job is acting as a central interface between local and global functions, handling user and stakeholder inquiries, and representing stakeholder interests. Furthermore, the role requires designing and creating user documentation, developing test scenarios, and coordinating data validation tasks to ensure high data quality standards. Candidates must possess strong conceptual and abstract thinking skills, significant CRM data expertise, and proven experience managing system implementation projects in a global setting.

- Must ensure regular presence at the Ingelheim am Rhein location for the majority of the working week (mobile working up to 2 days/week is possible). The position is a fixed-term contract for 18 months, starting February 1, 2026.
