Job Summary

Join the DB Bahnbau Gruppe as an Electrician/Electronics Technician, playing a crucial role in maintaining and expanding Germany's railway infrastructure. You will work within a strong team, primarily installing and maintaining electrical power systems for tunnels, platforms, and track areas. Day-to-day tasks include mounting low and medium-voltage systems up to 36 kV, installing various lighting systems both indoors and outdoors, and constructing critical infrastructure such as points heating and train preheating systems, transformer stations, and grounding systems. You will also ensure the power supply for various Deutsche Bahn facilities like signal boxes and level crossings. The ideal candidate has a completed vocational training in an electrical field, ideally with professional experience in installing electrical systems, possesses a strong safety consciousness, and is prepared for assembly work across Baden-Württemberg and neighboring states. This position offers varied work for those who enjoy working outdoors and traveling regularly.
