Job Summary

Join HUK-COBURG, one of Germany's largest insurance groups, as a Finance and Controlling Expert, playing a pivotal role in financial steering and efficiency management. Your daily responsibilities will involve the detailed analysis of cost and cash flows, managing intercompany billing, and continuously monitoring key corporate figures such as technical earnings and solvency. You will be instrumental in evaluating internal processes to identify cost and efficiency potential, collaborating closely with process managers. A significant part of the role includes developing and monitoring allocation keys for internal projects and preparing crucial business cases and decision templates for the executive board and senior management. This position requires a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, coupled with strong expertise in accounting, cost planning, and corporate governance, ideally within the insurance sector. The role offers stability, an unlimited contract, a 38-hour work week, and excellent flexibility, including the option to work up to 50% remotely.
