Join the Data Analytics Team at HUK-COBURG, one of Germany's largest insurance groups, to transform data into valuable insights for over 13 million customers. This role focuses on developing a cutting-edge, data-driven marketing engine for the 'Drive' auto-leasing offer, utilizing advanced Machine Learning and AI methods to create personalized customer approaches and tailored offers. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing data-driven models for identifying customer preferences, applying modern Causal and Treatment Effect models to optimize targeting and sales strategies, and continuously integrating state-of-the-art Data Science research into practical business solutions. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field, possesses strong programming skills in Python, and has practical experience developing scalable ML solutions, ideally with Causal Machine Learning.
