Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Specialist or Architect to drive the automated and sustainable development of IT Event Management solutions within a hybrid (on-premise and cloud) environment. The core focus areas include Event Correlation, Monitoring, and Performance Analysis. Working within an agile, interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the technological conception, platform implementation using Infrastructure as Code, and ensuring stable operations following DevOps principles. Key daily tasks involve planning, steering, and implementing initiatives across the entire solution lifecycle (Build & Run), developing and operating event correlation, and continuously improving monitoring platforms using CI/CD practices. The role requires strong communication skills to act as a liaison for stakeholders and customers, ensuring alignment with team objectives and providing expert consultation on technologies and processes in various IT boards. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, deep expertise in IT Event Management in an Enterprise setting, and a fundamental understanding of modern, cloud-native architectures.

Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Deep experience in developing stable operations for IT Event Management solutions in an Enterprise environment
  • Fundamental understanding of modern, cloud-native IT architectures and ITIL processes
  • Experience in Infrastructure and End-to-End Monitoring (desirable)
  • Experience in automation and building CI/CD pipelines (desirable)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) (desirable)
  • Practical experience with agile methods and agile-led projects
