Job Summary

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist and Architect, you will spearhead the development and automation of IT event management solutions within a hybrid on-premises and cloud environment. Your daily responsibilities involve the technical design, implementation, and stable operation (Build & Run) of event correlation, monitoring, and performance analysis platforms. Working within an agile, interdisciplinary team, you will act as a vital link between stakeholders, tribe leads, and customers to prioritize team goals. You will leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices to ensure standardized, automated processes and provide expert consultancy to internal boards on technology and data security. This role is particularly attractive due to its blend of high-level architectural planning and hands-on DevOps execution, supported by a 38-hour work week, flexible remote work options, and a modern, agile corporate culture at a leading financial services provider.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science or a comparable professional qualification.

Experience

  • Deep professional experience in developing and operating IT event management solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible
  • Practical experience in establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience in rule-based event correlation and connecting these systems to ticketing platforms
  • Practical experience working with agile methods and agile-led projects
  • Experience in stakeholder management and technical consulting
