Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional focused on system integration and infrastructure support. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and maintaining IT infrastructures for clients, administering Windows servers, network components, and cloud services, and handling 1st and 2nd level support issues both remotely and on-site. A critical part of the job involves implementing IT security measures, such as backup solutions, firewalls, and multi-factor authentication, alongside documenting projects and system environments. To succeed, you must have a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, network technology, and ideally Microsoft 365.
