Job Summary

This role involves working within Quality Management, specifically focusing on metrology within the automotive sector, collaborating with renowned OEMs and suppliers. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the suitability of measuring devices, managing calibration and setup processes, and preparing, executing, and analyzing measurement orders for various stages of body assembly. Key tasks include conducting and evaluating measurement system analyses and machine capability studies. A core requirement is the ability to interpret technical drawings and possess professional experience in 3D metrology, ideally within the automotive field, coupled with experience operating CNC-guided measuring machines. The successful candidate will utilize database software like PiWeb (Zeiss) to evaluate and document results, communicating findings across interdisciplinary teams, contributing to the technical basis for industrial revolutions.
