Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT Support Specialist who thrives on solving technical challenges and providing excellent internal service. You will be the primary point of contact for all employee IT support issues, managing and prioritizing requests related to software, hardware, and media technology. Key responsibilities include the installation, configuration, repair, and administration of PC hardware, operating systems (Microsoft Windows), Office applications, peripherals, and mobile devices (including iOS). You will work closely with specialized IT departments to ensure fast, sustainable solutions and optimize existing IT processes. Success in this role requires a completed IT qualification, several years of professional experience in IT support, and expertise in Active Directory and ticketing systems. The ability to communicate fluently in German (C1) and approach tasks with independence and a service-oriented mindset is essential for supporting internal users effectively.
