Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Engineer specializing in Electrical Structure and Interconnection Technology to drive innovation in mechatronic systems. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing electrical connection technologies, including selecting appropriate materials and connectors, creating detailed schematics, and designing robust wiring harnesses. A key component of the role involves conducting rigorous tests and validations to ensure reliability and supporting the smooth industrialization and series transfer of new products, collaborating closely with manufacturing and quality assurance teams. To succeed, you must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and proven professional experience in electrical connection technology, preferably within the automotive, aerospace, or mechanical engineering industries. Expertise in relevant CAD systems (like EPLAN, Zuken, or SolidWorks Electrical) and industry norms (IPC, VDE) is required, along with fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
