Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Electrical Design Engineer focused on defining requirements and selecting electrical components for networked modular machine systems, covering power supply, control, energy/signal distribution, and operator safety. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing data in Solid Works Electrical and Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring compliance with international electrical safety standards (especially IEC/UL61010), and supporting safety and EMC testing. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, at least three years of professional experience, and familiarity with complex automation systems and medical technology. You will act as the technical lead for mechatronics in cross-functional teams, driving new development and product maintenance projects while ensuring quality and product safety. Fluency in both German and English is required for effective collaboration in this challenging and forward-thinking environment.
