Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious IT professional dedicated to connecting people and technology by providing essential 1st and 2nd level technical support. Day-to-day responsibilities include offering technical assistance to users and system administrators across both server and client environments. You will independently manage and process tickets, contribute actively to the development and maintenance of the Helpdesk knowledge base, and conduct user training and introductions. Unresolved issues will be accurately escalated to the 3rd level support team. Success in this position requires a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with profound experience in both software and hardware user support, and excellent knowledge of ticketing systems and ITIL processes.
