Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Scientist specializing in Downstream Processing within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the downstream process development of recombinant cells and proteins. Key daily activities include planning, executing, and evaluating experiments following Quality by Design (QbD) principles, developing experimental study designs (such as DoEs), and handling various biological samples and media. The position requires expertise in analytical and laboratory techniques, including chromatography, filtration, and flow cytometry (High Throughput DSP), along with maintaining lab equipment to high-quality standards. Applicants should possess a degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related natural science field, coupled with professional experience in downstream processes and statistical analysis software, making this a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to advance complex development projects.
