Biologist, Pharmaceutical Pre-Development | Biologe pharmazeutische Vorentwicklung (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role focuses on pharmaceutical pre-development within the Life Science sector, specializing in the downstream processing of recombinant cells and proteins. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex experiments, adhering strictly to Quality by Design principles. You will actively contribute to experimental study designs, such as Design of Experiments (DoEs), and manage the full lifecycle of samples, from acquisition to preparation. A core technical requirement is the operation and maintenance of advanced analytical and laboratory equipment, including systems for chromatography, filtration, and High-Throughput Downstream Processing (DSP) using flow cytometry. Candidates must possess a degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related natural science field, coupled with practical experience in downstream processes and familiarity with statistical analysis software like JMP or R.
