Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the future of virtualization platforms by taking responsibility for the administration and continuous development of the ACP vCloud Virtualization platform, which utilizes technologies like VMware vSphere, NSX, and Cloud Director. The engineer will provide 2nd Level Support for technical challenges, continuously enhance existing services, and integrate new technologies into the infrastructure while ensuring sensible system architecture. A key aspect is consulting internal teams and external clients on technology selection, supporting their cloud strategy implementation, and translating customer requirements into product design. Candidates must possess deep Datacenter Architecture knowledge, extensive experience in server virtualization and multi-tenant platform operations, and a strong affinity for automation.
