Job Summary

This role is for a Project Manager specializing in Building Services Engineering (TGA), focusing specifically on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HKLS) systems for residential and commercial buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including detailed planning, defining equipment specifications with clients, creating integrated technical plans, and preparing tender documents for subcontractors. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting on-site quality controls, coordinating with construction managers to ensure timely and professional execution, and providing technical support to all project stakeholders. Key qualifications include a degree in Energy and Building Technology or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent certification as a Technician or Master Craftsman, coupled with a strong understanding of relevant technical standards and regulations in TGA.
